Boiron offers more than 800 homeopathic medicines that are approved by the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of United States (HPUS). About 80 of the most popular medicines are readily available in health food stores and specialized pharmacies. Other Boiron homeopathic medicines can be ordered by pharmacists and health food store personnel. Special-order medicines are typically available in about three days. 

Specialties

Many homeopathic medicines are presented as specialties and packaged like other over-the-counter drugs. Specialties are very convenient for patients as their directions for use are clear and specific to a particular condition. Specialties are available in a variety of dosage forms, including tablets, gels, ointments, creams, syrups, eye drops and suppositories. 

Specialties, like Arnicare® Gel or Calendula® Lotion, may contain a single medicine, although most combine several active ingredients in the same product. Another common presentation for homeopathic medicines is the multi-dose tube. This presentation is usually used in medicines that contain just a single active ingredient.
